FateFlap is a free, spin-the-wheel decision picker and party game that runs entirely in your web browser. Type in names, options, or prizes, spin a physical-feeling wheel, and get a fair, fun pick — Classic mode for repeat spins, Elimination mode for knockout rounds, weighted entries, and wildcard twists. Nothing you type ever leaves your device.

1. Who we are

FateFlap is built and operated by ZIX DEV Inc, a small, independent software company incorporated in Delaware, United States (1111B S Governors Ave STE 40023, Dover, DE 19904). We build focused, honest web tools — FateFlap is one of a small family of them, alongside a PDF toolset built on the same privacy-first, client-only approach.

2. Why everything runs in your browser

Whatever you type into FateFlap — a classroom roster, a list of friends, a set of prizes — can be personal. Most "spin the wheel" sites ask you to type your list into a page that's really talking to a server somewhere. FateFlap doesn't: your entries, your spin history, and your settings live only in your own browser's storage, from the moment you open the tab to the moment you close it.

3. FateFlap is a fairness & party tool — not gambling

FateFlap doesn't process payments, accept wagers, or pay out anything of monetary value. Any dollar-sign or "prize" entries (like our built-in "Prize drop" preset) are playful labels, not real money. See our Disclaimer for the full picture.

4. The tool

Add entries one at a time or paste a whole list at once (with optional weights like `Alice *3`), choose Classic or Elimination mode, turn on Weighted mode or Wildcards for extra twists, and spin by clicking the wheel, pressing the SPIN button, or pressing the space bar. A Present mode hides the editing panel for a clean, projector-friendly view. The whole site works in seven languages — English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Chinese, and Arabic — with full right-to-left layout for Arabic.
